These Payment Terms ("Terms") govern the payment process for all services provided by Techyria Solutions Pvt. Ltd. ("Company," "we," or "us"). By engaging our services, you ("Client," "Purchaser," or "you") agree to these terms, along with our general Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.

• Payment Structure
  • Upfront Payment
    An upfront payment of 50% of the total project cost is required before the commencement of any project. This is non-refundable once the work has started.
  • Milestone Payments
    For larger projects, payments may be split into milestones as agreed upon in the project contract. Each milestone will require payment upon its completion before we proceed to the next stage of development.
  • Final Payment
    The remaining balance is due upon project completion and prior to the release of the final deliverables, deployment, or publication of the software or services.
• Invoicing and Payment Methods
  • Invoicing
    We will issue an invoice for each payment required, which will be sent to your registered email address. All invoices are payable within 3 days from the date of issuance unless otherwise specified.
  • Payment Methods
    We accept the following payment methods:
    Bank Transfer: Details will be provided in the invoice.
    Credit/Debit Cards: Through our secure payment gateway.
    Online Payment Platforms: Through UPI or banking app.
    All payments should be made in the currency specified in the invoice.
• Late Payments
  • Late Fees
    Payments not received within the specified due date will be subject to a late fee of 1% daily of the total outstanding balance until the payment is settled.
  • Service Suspension
    If payment is not received within 15 days from the invoice date, we reserve the right to suspend all ongoing services, including project development, hosting, or maintenance until the outstanding payment is made.
  • Project Delays
    Any delay in payments may result in delays in project timelines, and Techyria Solutions Pvt. Ltd. will not be held responsible for these delays.
• Taxes
  • Applicable Taxes
    All payments made by the Client are exclusive of applicable taxes, such as Goods and Services Tax (GST), Value Added Tax (VAT), or any other taxes. The Client is responsible for paying all taxes, levies, or duties imposed by taxing authorities related to the purchase of services.

  • Refund Policy
    Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. No refunds will be provided once the project has started or after deliverables have been issued.
  • Cancellation
    In the event of a project cancellation, the Client is required to pay for all completed work and any non-refundable costs incurred up until the date of cancellation.
• Dispute Resolution
  • In the event of any disputes regarding payment, both parties agree to attempt mediation before pursuing legal action. Any disputes not resolved through mediation will be subject to the laws and jurisdiction as outlined in our Terms and Conditions.
• Payment Adjustments
  • Techyria Solutions Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to review and adjust our pricing and payment terms periodically. Any changes will be communicated to you in advance and will not affect ongoing projects or pre-existing agreements until their renewal.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Use at any time, and such changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. Your continued use of our website or services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms of Use.

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indian Territory, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
