• We reserve the right to automatically cancel an order if we discover any legal issues related to the Purchaser or their organization. Prohibited activities resulting in automatic cancellation are:

  • A domain has been registered on your behalf.
• In cases where services are rejected or objected to by a government body, refunds will be processed only to the extent of the amount we receive back from the government, excluding fees for our services.
• Refunds will not be granted due to insufficient system requirements on your end, such as poor internet connection, incompatible hardware or software, or other similar issues.
• Once approved, refunds will be processed within 30 to 60 business days and credited to your bank account. You will be notified via email once the refund is initiated.
